About Me

I am a PhD student in the Faculty of Environmental Studies at York University interested in wildlife conservation, agroecology, and sustainable agriculture. My current research focuses on enhancing biodiversity conservation within agricultural landscapes by studying the impact of various farm management practices on native bees and understanding farmer motivations and hesitations to adopting pollinator-friendly practices. This research aims to inform policies and programs that can enhance pollinator conservation efforts in agricultural systems through collaboration with farmers and food producers.
