About Me

Hi,

My name is Alexandre Chiasson and I am currently doing a PhD with Dr. Duane Froese at the University of Alberta, where I am working on the distribution of permafrost along the Mackenzie ROW. I did my undergraduate and graduate work at Laval University in Quebec City.

My background is in permafrost feature mapping and mapping surficial geology related to ground ice in the Arctic.

I am fluent in English and French.
