About Me
I am currently studying the spatial ecology of white-tailed deer. White-tailed deer are the most widespread game species in North America and their success is largely linked to the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation (NAM). Since getting my degree in Zoology, I have become more interested in ways in which we can improve wildlife management, especially for large mammals who often require large amounts of space. Spatial ecology is a growing field that has the potential to contribute to better management of all species, that works for multiple stakeholders.

In my own words...
I am stoked to have received the ESRI scholarship which will allow me to continue improving my skills in GIS and spatial analysis. I hope that these skills will contribute to the sustainable management and conservation of large mammals across North America in my career.
