My work uses GIS to combine remote sensing and in-situ field measurements to understand how Canada's glaciers are changing under a warming climate. My current research is focused on glacier dynamics in the St. Elias Mountains along the Alaska-Yukon border. I have also completed fieldwork on Devon Ice Cap in the Canadian High Arctic and in Svalbard. In addition, I have worked with Environment and Climate Change Canada on data utilization in the National Space Strategy for Canada. When not at the university, I enjoy long-distance biking, skiing and travelling.
